Browsing listings on Lokeshen is free. However, property owners and agents may need to pay a fee to list their properties or use certain premium features.

For Property Seekers

You can use the search bar on the homepage to enter keywords, select property types, and specify locations. You can also use our advanced search filters to refine your search results based on size, price, and other criteria.

Yes, each property listing includes contact details of the property owner or agent. You can reach out to them directly via the provided contact information.

To schedule a visit, contact the property owner or agent using the details provided in the listing. They will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for the viewing.

If you notice any incorrect information in a listing, please report it to us using the “Report Listing” button found on the listing page. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.

For Property Owners and Agents

To list a property, you need to create an account or log in. Once logged in, click on the “Add Listing” button, fill in the required details about your property, and upload images. Your listing will go live after it has been reviewed by our team.

Yes, there are fees associated with listing properties on Lokeshen. The fees depend on the type of listing (standard or premium) and any additional promotional features you select. Please refer to our Pricing Page for detailed information.

Yes, you can edit your listing at any time by logging into your account, navigating to your listings, and selecting the “Edit” option. Make sure to save your changes once you’re done.

Standard listings are available for 30days from the date of posting. You can renew your listing or upgrade to a premium listing for extended visibility.

You can remove your listing at any time by logging into your account, going to your listings, and selecting the “Delete” option.

Payments and Billing

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
